What we collect
Account details (name, email, language), your phone number for confirmed bookings, booking details, messages exchanged with your rider and reviews. For riders, we also collect verification documents to check identity, license, insurance and motorcycle.
Location
Travelers share a meeting point, not a live position. Riders share their approximate position only while they are online, so nearby requests can reach them. Before a match, riders see an approximate area only.
Phone numbers
Your phone number is shared with your rider only after a booking is confirmed, and only for that booking.
Why we use your data
To match you with a rider, run the booking, keep rides safe, handle reports, prevent fraud and improve the service. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Booking records are kept as long as the law requires for accounting. Verification documents are kept while a rider is active and deleted after offboarding, unless a dispute requires them.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, and object to some uses, by writing to [email protected]. Moroccan law 09-08 and, where it applies, the GDPR protect your data.
