Every ride starts with safety
How riders are checked, what you can expect at the meeting point, and what to do if something goes wrong.
Helmet always on
Your rider brings an approved passenger helmet. Wear it, strapped, for the whole ride. No helmet, no ride.
Verified riders
Before their first ride, our team checks each rider's ID, motorcycle license, insurance and registration, and the motorcycle itself.
One passenger per ride
Each booking is for one traveler. Riders never carry two passengers or children who cannot reach the footrests.
Report in two taps
From any booking, use Report a problem. A person from our team reads every report and follows up.
Before, during and after the ride
Simple rules that keep everyone safe.
Before you ride
Wear closed shoes and long trousers. Tell your rider if it is your first time on a motorcycle. Check that the name and photo in the app match your rider.
During the ride
Hold on to the rider or the backrest at all times and lean with the motorcycle. Ask your rider to slow down or stop whenever you want. Rides pause in heavy rain or strong wind.
Payment
Pay the fixed price shown in the app, in cash, at the meeting point. Never pay more than the price shown; your rider confirms the payment in the app.
If something goes wrong
In an emergency, call 19 (police) or 15 (ambulance) in Morocco. Then report the problem from your booking page so our team can help and act on the rider's account.
