Terms of use

These terms explain how Warider works for travelers and riders. Last updated October 2026.

What Warider is

Warider is a marketplace that connects travelers with independent, verified local riders for short motorcycle experiences of 1 to 4 hours inside one city. Riders are not employees of Warider; each rider is responsible for the ride they provide.

Bookings and prices

Every ride has a fixed price shown before you confirm. The price includes the ride and the Warider service fee. You pay your rider in cash at the meeting point; nothing is charged online. Your rider confirms the payment in the app and you get a receipt.

One passenger, helmet on

Each booking is for one passenger. You must wear the helmet provided by your rider for the whole ride and follow the safety rules shown at booking. A rider may refuse or end a ride if safety rules are not respected.

Cancellations

Tours can be cancelled free of charge until the time shown on your booking (usually 24 hours before the start). Instant rides can be cancelled free of charge up to 2 hours before the start. Late cancellations and no-shows are recorded and may limit future bookings.

Your account

Keep your account details accurate, including a phone number your rider can reach after confirmation. Do not share your account or use Warider for anything illegal. We may suspend accounts that put riders or travelers at risk.

Reviews and reports

Reviews must describe a real ride. Report any safety problem, payment issue or behaviour concern from your booking page; our team reviews every report.
